Jeffrey S. Grossman is the Lead Educator of Alfred Cramer College Preparatory Lab School in the East Camden neighborhood of Camden NJ. He previously worked for several years as an elementary school teacher in Camden NJ, first at Forest Hill Elementary School, then at The Early Childhood Development Center. 

Mr. Grossman has a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Communications from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, a Master of Business Administration degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and a Master of Public Administration degree from Rutgers University in Camden, NJ. He is receiving post-graduate training in Instructional Leadership & Management, Data Driven Instruction, Orchestrating a Culture of Learning, and Leadership, Equity, and Diversity through the CamdenPLUS residency program.

Mr. Grossman is passionate about being a part of Camden’s academic success story, and positively impacting student achievement. Mr. Grossman was born and raised in West Orange NJ, and has been a resident of Marlton NJ since 2003. He resides with his wife (who is a Camden City School District teacher), their two sons, and their dog.

Mr. Grossman has many different interests: he is a music and sports enthusiast, loves photography, and is an avid reader. Most of all, he enjoys spending time traveling with his family. Over the summer, he and his family can usually be found at the Jersey Shore.
