Vision:
The staff, parents, and community of Cramer School believe that every student is capable of learning and achieving at high levels. Every student can, should, and will learn in order for them to lead meaningful lives as competitive participants in the emerging global marketplace. High expectations and a nurturing environment for all students is the key to student success at Cramer School.

Mission Statement: The mission of Cramer School is to provide each student a diverse education in a safe and supportive environment driven by high expectations. The results of the mission will be to ensure that each child becomes a productive and responsible citizen. This will be accomplished through implementing instructional strategies and best practices by highly qualified staff and through partnerships with families and the community.

Staff Values:
